Noha Fakher

Before joining TCV in 2022, Noha had accumulated over ten years of experience in PE and investment banking, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of high-profile transactions.

During her career, Noha worked on various projects ranging from M&As, valuations, and capital market transactions with expert knowledge in banking & insurance, and power infrastructure sectors.

Noha was the investment manager in Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (EKH), where she excelled at turning capital into tangible and lucrative investments managing a portfolio of total assets worth USD 1.2b.

Noha was the senior vice president and head of PE execution in Misr Capital (PE arm of Banque Misr). Noha assisted in launching the Education fund and Healthcare fund, raising the initial seed capital from renowned state-owned organizations.

Noha holds a BA in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the American University in Cairo. Noha also completed the CFA level 2 Examination.
