Ramez Magdy

Ramez joined TCV in 2019. He worked on transactions in various sectors including non-bank financial services, F&B retail, agri-business as well as various subsegments of the healthcare industry. Ramez covers the full deal lifecycle from the screening, to the due diligence and documentation phases as well as portfolio monitoring and exit structuring.

Before Ramez was part of the Corporate Finance division at ElSewedy Electric.

Ramez holds a BsC in Banking and Finance from the University of London’s International Program – London School of Economics
